Missing payment because eBay is waiting on the wrong tracking number

Hi, I have not sold on eBay in a while. I listed a few things recently and it gave me an automatic 48 hour delivery option, which created its own tracking number.

I sent the item with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked instead and printed a separate label, so it generated a new tracking number. The buyer has received the item.

I have not received the payment because eBay is still waiting for the original tracking to show as delivered, even though that label was not used.

Can someone help with this please?

Without tracking payments are released in 14 days.
