Lost eBay parcels posted with Royal Mail

I have a lost eBay parcel which I am trying to claim for through Royal Mail .. I don’t  have a valid email address for the buyer .. how do I fill in the form ????

I don't know if you can get it - but was it a Simple Delivery posted order? - because that would influence the process. (I had a look and it seems at least some of your items are on SD.)

I don't think the email address of the buyer is required when putting in a claim with Royal Mail, at least it wasn't last time I claimed.

 

The form may ask for it but its not mandatory BUT if you click on order details and then 'show contact info' that will then give you the buyers 'ebay' email address

Thankyou .. the form has a mandatory box for the buyers email and I used the eBay email address without success … Royal Mail describe it as an invalid address …
Still stumped !
