Lack of EVRI drop off points

I am really struggling with EVRI drop off points.

I used to use Inpost lockers which were convenient and local.  Since Inpost stopped accepting EVRI parcels I have tried our local Post Office but they are quite small and get quite rude about accepting EVRI parcel especially in the weekend.  Our local Tesco Metro used to accept EVRI drop offs but they stopped accepting them a month ago. Seemingly they are getting blamed for parcels going missing when it is common knowledge that EVRI drivers have a tendency to "lose" things.

We have a couple of other small drop off points within a 20 minute walk but they too struggle with space and a couple of them have a post office size sack for parcels and once that is full then they won't accept anymore.

It is getting to the point where I am thinking of removing EVRI as a postage choice even though I know this will shrink my already shrinking sales.

EVRI need to invest in their own lockers in more locations. We do have a locker about 30 minutes walk away but it is very small and I am not keen to walk for an hour only to find that the locker is full.

Lack of EVRI drop off points

If I were you, I would start with the basic practical problem. The Post Office has a 'Branch Finder' feature where you can get the Branch Code of your local PO. Then use www.postoffice.co.uk/feedback for each visit they are rude about EVRI drop offs. Like eBay often one negative Feedback is enough to get people to pull their socks up!
