I sold a phone and it was sent via EVRI but the item was never received and the tracking code says the idem has been damaged. The buyer has initiated a refund but how do I now claim on the insurance. I can't find any mechanisms in eBay to do this.
Any advice would really be appreciated

If you used ebay's Simple Delivery ebay should issue the refund when the buyer opens a case, and you keep the payment.

If you confirm the item number, I could take a look for you no problem. However, as advised above, at this stage the buyer would need to file a case, and then follow that route.

Yes it worked, i was concerned when the money landed in my account but yeah
it's all sorted now
