Inpost Lockers marking as delivered when dropped off.

I use import lockers (via parcels2go) and when I drop off a parcel automatically says delivered then getting customers messaging saying I have not received the item and customers opening not received claims 2 days after purchase due to drop off saying delivered. Any one else having this issue?

Assuming you mean Inpost rather than import lockers the question is when did you first notice that items were being marked as delivered as soon as you dropped off a parcel in a locker? ( @booksforless_blackpool  the same question applies to you).

At a guess I'd say this only started happening recently so that would point to a probable software update being responsible, though whether it's down to eBay, Parcel2Go or Inpost code is, frankly, anyone's guess.

It's a bit of a long-shot, but the Community Team might either know something or be able to ask someone who does:
