Getting hold of Ebay Shipping (or DPD)

Hello, since my DPD item wasn’t delivered, it says now it is back to Ebay Shipping. I can’t contact either Ebay Shipping nor DPD - to check if they will try a re-delivery? Any experiences to know what to expect from this situation? (Btw this was an authenticated item).

It is supposed to be returned to the seller as long as your return address is on the parcel.

But may take some weeks to arrive. Its not a priority package at this stage so drag their feet.

Not sure how the label is precented once it been for authentication but surely should have return address on it somewhere.
