Bought a part for my motorcycle, all looked well the courier was FedEx, come the day of delivery it was marked delivered. I got home from work expecting a what have you bought now!! No parcel, had a look outside no parcel, even went next door no parcel, looked on the CCTV no FedEx at any time around the time they stated delivery, looked on there website it was signed for by me ??? even though I was at work and my wife was in the house, no doorstep photo nothing.
After contacting the seller and asking for some proof of delivery and opening an eBay dispute the seller replied saying FedEx had re-sent the driver back to the delivery address, my address? and the driver said no one was in, my wife would have been shes off work at the moment!!
So now eBay have closed the claim saying the parcel was delivered, seller has just said contact eBay and FedEx say they have an open case, and now I'm left with no part, no refund just £42 down.
I've contacted eBay who are saying the parcel was delivered so case closed!
CCTV footage of no delivery at the time stated, no proof of delivery signature or photo, no gps tracking of the van/parcel..
So where do I stand now???
