The link between royal amil and ebay is not reliable, if it says delivered on royal mail get eBay to ring you and release the fund stating that fact you can do it on this link eBay Customer Service.
If it doesn't say delivered on royal mail then the postie was at fault not eBay or royal mail as they can only upload a scan you can blame royal mail for employing an idiot or for the scanner not working correctly. but not ebay.
