Evri tracking not updating on eBay app

Is anyone having issues with evri tracking not populating onto eBay?

Sold an item via GSP and it's showing as delivered on evri, but not on the eBay app.

Very frustrating considering we're now not recieving our funds until 2 days after confirmed delivery

How can you even input Evri tracking into eBay? There is no option for me to do this.

It gets added automatically when you purchase an evri label using the app.
