I have just paid eBay for postage of an item to France from UK, using UPS drop off point. (My first time of sending to Europe since Brexit and the first time to use a drop off box). At the machine it tells me the parcel needs extra dcumentation unless it has an EDI code on the bottom right of the label, which mine doesn't have - it says KEY instead. I don't know what any of that means or what documentation I need.
Anyone got any suggestions of what I need to do now? Maybe just add a customs declaration CN22?
