Custom Delivery

I always select custom delivery for my sales, however I have noticed today that selecting custom delivery is becoming more difficult, like it was when they started the simple delivery.  I had to select custom delivery twice  before it would change on the app. This evening I updated a listing and it was impossible to revert to custom delivery. So I had to cancel my price reduction.   Is anyone else having this issue
