Combined postage Simple delivery

Help..

A regular buyer has just purchased 2 items.

So as I always do I gave him free postage on 1 item

Trouble is now  have 2 QR/labels of which 1 used on the one with the postage charge.(Not printed the other)

Thing is how do I show the other item as shipped or input same tracking no. as the other one.

Try to input tracking number on the second item and pink screen comes up "Its not you It's us"

NB Is there a glitch they are trying to iron out.. or does anybody have any ideas

Thanks..

Combining doesn't work well (or at all?) with Simple Delivery.    If you want to send the items together you have to at least get the second one to show as dispatched.    To do that you have to generate the original prepaid label.

Afterwards if you paid for the original label you can cancel it here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller
Or if the buyer paid for it it will be refunded to them automatically in 30 days.

Without tracking for the second item the payment will be released in 14 days.

I am guessing you as the seller are paying for the labels. If this is the case, open up the unwanted label. This will allow you to go back to "View Order Details" for the second item and can add the tracking number now. Then you have to click the following link

https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

Follow instructions and this 'should' get you to the correct page to apply for a refund for the unused label.

ebay's policy is that if they pay separately, you send separately.
