Changed courier

I recently sold an item and used Yodel as the courier, but they would not accept the parcel. I eventually got it shipped by DPD, and it has been delivered to the buyer. I added the DPD tracking number to the order and have cancelled the Yodel label, however in my orders it is still showing as pending - away delivery. How can I resolve this so I can get the money released?

My understanding is that you have to open the Simple Delivery label, even though you aren't using it. This will trigger eBay to mark the item as 'dispatched'. Everything else should follow on from there.
