Who thought of this statement? , ebay need to get their house in order and make sure that their systems are all working properly ,this idea of holding funds has been a total muck up and even ebays systems can't keep up with it like up tracking . Why should I have to keep my part of the deal posting items out quickly and then ebay say item hasn't been delivered, yet royal mail tracking says it has .
