Total Balance Lower Than Net Sales

Hi, I've been selling on Ebay for about a week. I've made £499.62 in total sales and £429.25 in NET sales which obviously removes taxes, shipping (I don't pay for shipping through Ebay) and Ebay fees. When I navigate to my total balance for a payout as I have finished selling, my total balance is £418.61 which is obviously lower than net sales. I've seen that a lot of people find that outstanding shipping costs is to blame here, but I have not paid a penny on shipping. I am very confused as to where this 10 quid has gone. Can anyone point me in the direction where this missing tenner has gone? Thanks

Have you taken into account the buyers protection fees and also if you accept offers on items you pay for the BPF  not the buyer .

Total Balance Lower Than Net Sales

Is this not stuff that is taken into account automatically by eBay in my NET sales? Yes I did offers where Im sure I paid the larger fee on the smaller price but it is strange if that didn't affect net sales as eBay themselves say it is sales-costs. thanks for your reply

I'm not sure if this is supposed to take me to a specific link that displays all my fees but it is just displaying my incomes and fees such as -30 pence for ad fees

For me, it shows the order amounts, any fees, any charity donations and any payouts.
It shows the balance available to withdraw, and balance pending not yet available to withdraw.
I've not bought any postage from ebay in the displayed period.

Do all the figures in Amounts column add up to £499.62? What do the figures in Fees add up to? What does Pending say?

It is quite possible that none of the above will help answering your question, and you may have already checked these yourself.

Ebay's systems and presentation is quite complicated and I don't understand a lot of it - we are just members on here, you can always try customer services - see https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Seller-Central/Irish-call-handlers/td-p/7703191
