Refunds

Hi I need to issue a refund for an item that has been lost in post. eBay still hold buyers payment, so how do I refund them ?

Ask the buyer to open a "not received" case or click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item on your orders page and select Cancel order.   A refund will then be issued.
