I am contacting regarding a refund for a product I returned .I initially received a notification that the refund was processed, but shortly afterwards the same amount was deducted again from my account. When I raised this issue, I was advised to check Apple Pay; however, I have reviewed my account carefully and can confirm that no refund has been received.
It has now been over a month since the return, and I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. Please investigate the transaction and provide confirmation of when I will receive the correct refund.
