Refund Not Received

I am contacting regarding a refund for a product I returned .I initially received a notification that the refund was processed, but shortly afterwards the same amount was deducted again from my account. When I raised this issue, I was advised to check Apple Pay; however, I have reviewed my account carefully and can confirm that no refund has been received.

 

It has now been over a month since the return, and I kindly request that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. Please investigate the transaction and provide confirmation of when I will receive the correct refund.

To resolve your issue you should talk to eBay Customer Service directly... the Community here is made of fellow users offering advice but not able to access your account & payment information etc.

 

Use the following link to have ebay call you free of charge - call early to increase the likelihood of a GB based CS agent who will usually be very knowledgeable and efficient
