Hi.
My payout gone to the wrong bank account, account which one is not existes anymore.
After a few days and sh... boot chat, I realised that. Then I changed my account details to correct account number but still no payout. No messages on my account, no human to talk to, nothing, only that my payout was paid but to wrong bank account.
What now????

Check your correct bank details are registered here:

eBay may wish to verify that the correct account is registered, you can appreciate for security reasons to be sure you have added that account and so they are sending payouts now to the correct bank account.
Verification is usually made with 2 micro deposits being sent to that account for you to receive and confirm back, this can take up to 5 days to appear.
If there is still no movement of the payout or micro deposits appearing contact Customer Services.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

If your payout has been sent to a bank account that no longer exists then the funds will bounce back to eBay but it can take some time for that to happen. Ebay won't reattempt the payout to your new account until they have received the original funds back.
