Payout Delays

Morning all, 

Over last 2 or so years since I've used ebays own payment system payouts have hit my account instantly when requested. 

Today though I've done a request and no payment into my account. Have received the standard ebay email saying payment has been sent but no funds! 

Wondering if the delay has something to do with the new rules / regs coming into play tomorrow (4th Feb). 

Anyone else experiencing a delay today or over last fews days at all?

I was checking for you there, and it looks like we've sent your payouts correctly, the latest payouts were sent on the 1st and 3rd of February. Please note that while the funds typically hit your bank account on the same day the payout is issued, it could take up to 4 working days for the funds to clear. If after this you don't see these funds in your bank account, please let me know and I will take a further look for you.

I am not getting payouts at all. Every time I go on live chat I get different answers. Orders show as delivered, a note says Funds available and a date = 2 days after delivery is shown, but nothing in Ebay Balance.

Apparently from Feb' 2025 unless a buyer confirms that they have received an order and it is as described Sellers will not be paid. Even if Tracking shows delivered and positive feedback from Buyer was left.

Money should be available in your balance 2 days after tracking shows as delivered.
If no tracking it will be 14 days after sale (or sending, not sure which).

If the item is under £10 and there is no tracking, then funds will be released a day after positive feedback left by the buyer, but this only comes into place at the END of February.

Yes I'm experiencing a delay from March 10th on a small withdrawal but hasn't had an update since ebay emailed saying a delay in processing payout via bank but it's normal. There's more money to withdraw but I haven't got my current payout so how do I withdraw anymore till ebay resolve the issue .

You have returned to selling after a little break, any sudden selling activity on a dormant account raises red flags to eBay, as it could be a sign that the account has been hijacked.

eBay can place a longer hold on initial payouts up to 30 days,  this to ensure items are delivered,  tracking will show this,  no items not received cases opened,  showing then the genuine owner has returned to the account, to sell.

The hold is a security measure both for your account and for your buyers.
