Not happy with "Payment Pending" system. I have a 100% positive feedback record and I'm having to wait for funds to clear. This is for one of the two items i sent out to the same buyer . i have asked him has he received both and he said yes in the same box. yet i only been paid for one item only . Yo just cant get it over to the stupid robot chat thing keeps going round over the same thing . i was going to put more items on the site but will not until resoveld

If this was two separate orders for the same buyer with different tracking details then its likely one has been confirmed as delivered which released the funds and the other is waiting on delivery confirmation.
If you have the item numbers for both orders I can check?

Hi thereI only used one label to post both items. Originally buyer has said he got them both. Items no are 127112018922 and 127112013378. Both items were bought by same buyer. I have found the information book so now used the other post label to send information on the items today. I can send you a copy of the email from buyer saying he received both . Thanking you g7usq. Thank you. From checking the item details the second order where the funds are still pending does have a different tracking number attached to it. Even though you sent both items in the same package the system can't pick that up as it see's a different tracking number for the second one.
We can't take any personal details here on the boards as they are public so it would be best to reach out to customer support through here
They can review manually for a release of funds and check that message between you and the buyer to show he got both items.
