Payment on hold for 5 weeks

Hi fellow eBay sellers! 😬 I'm reaching out for advice. My payments have been on hold for over 5 weeks, impacting my cash flow. I've used my own funds to restock products, and the delay is affecting my business. Despite multiple attempts to contact eBay, I've had no response regarding the release of £880 tied to over 50 orders. I have no open cases or pending orders. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to prompt eBay to lift the hold and release my funds would be greatly appreciated!

You are a new seller have you fully and correctly registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  If not this too will delay release of your payout as eBay need to be informed of the bank account you wish to use,  and the account needs to be verified with 2 micro deposits.  Has this been done?

See here:

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them this way.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
