New payment terms

Some of the items I sell are only £3-£4, and I offer free post 2nd class. I tried offering tracked but sales dried up the post is more than the item is worth. Funds are held for 2 weeks. But, if a buyer leaves positive feedback then surely ebay should see that the transaction is complete and pay out?

The 24 hour after feedback is not live yet.

We’ve also heard your feedback and understand that shipping costs are particularly top of mind for low price items. When you’re selling a single item for £10 or less, and it’s sent untracked, funds will now be available 24 hours after you receive positive buyer feedbackThis will be live by the end of February.

For items less than £10 and sent untracked ebay have said payments will be released after positive feedback.

Screenshot 2025-02-11 at 19.53.21.pngThat's not the case here - sold 8 February, positive feedback received 10 February, funds available 23 February. Ok it's only £5.99, but I could have up to 30 items a week selling like this.
