New Payment System

This new payment system is a disgrace. Not sure it is even legal?.Have EBAY become a bank?  It has nothing to do with fraud prevention or customer protection but everything to do with interest on hundreds of millions of pounds being held back for as long as possible not just in the UK but across the world. Time for an alternative

It's even worse if the carrier doesn't scan to show delivery. This had just happened to me. Customer wearing the jacket I sold them, and the funds are pending, awaiting delivery!!! Had to open a case with Royal Mail because eBay would not release the funds, even though he's received the item .
