Funds pending for 8 days!

Hello, I sold an item for £3 on the 5th of February, and the funds are still pending 8 days later on the 13th Feb!  Is this one of those cases where the funds are pending delivery?  If this is the case, how can I prove delivery since I sent the item 2nd class with no tracking?

Could be!  Re the feedback situation, my last 2 buyers havw been great, & left feedback promptly.  Ebay responded immediately by releasing the funds, so that bit's working..

I have a business account I get charged 36p per item I list. And I didn't
have a choice! eBay told me to change to a business account

Is that because you have a high volume of sales?  I'm also guessing if they charge you as a business seller, they're not charging this new fee to buyers?
