Hi I've tried listing a motorcycle using my android phone and get the message "we're sorry there was an error (unknown error) " I've managed to list it using my laptop, although I can see the listing on my phone, if I try revising the listing on my phone I get the same message, I last sold something 6 months ago, but buy something everyweek so my bank details are upto date, anyone any ideas?

I can see bike listing.

You can't exchange contact info until item is sold,

So buyers can't view bike 1st.

Your lovely bike is clearly listed for sale, but once the item has gone live, you cannot change / edit any detail or photo on it.

If there is a major error, you'd need to end the listing, correct it, and relist but you would pay the listing fee again, these are non refundable, charged the second the item goes live, and payable sale or no sale.

Hi yes I understand that but that's not what I'm wanting to do, all I wanted was to be able to list the motorcycle using my phone/ app, I listed it using my laptop top, the revise button on my phone isn't greyed out, but if I try to revise my listing because I've have spelt somthing wrong I get the message " we're sorry there was an error unknown error " which is the same message I got when I tried listing the motorcycle, I've googled it and seems to be a common problem.

I can edit the listing if I use the laptop, but I get the same message, "we're sorry there was an error unknown error " if try to edit the listing using my phone, the edit button isn't greyed out it will let me Press the revise but but then the message come on, I've googled it and seems to be a common problem.
