using e bay to purchse items

I am having trouble using E Bay to purchase items.I did not use E BAY for some time as I was in and out of hospital for a spell.I am now able to use you again

Just check your payment details are correct,  link below.    That is,   cards registered  are valid and in date. 

Maybe best to use a laptop / PC and try Chrome that works well, to check and amend any necessary detail.
