I'm afraid your posting is liable to be removed soon as it is not allowed to name and shame other users here.
eBay does not allow stolen property to be sold here, see: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/prohibited-restricted-items/stolen-property-policy?id=4334&st=3...
However, eBay can't necessarily rely on reports by other members to be accurate. They ask users to report the sale of stolen property to the police, who have contact arrangement with eBay for items reported as stolen.

Thank you for your input.
I fully understand eBay's policy on reporting unauthorized items, and I have already taken the necessary steps to report this matter to law enforcement, HMRC, and eBay itself.
However, regrettably the concern here is that despite repeated reports, these listings are still active. eBay's own policy states that stolen or unauthorized items are not allowed, yet action has not been taken.
While I respect the guidelines regarding naming users, my primary goal is to ensure that buyers are informed and that eBay upholds its own policies effectively. If you have any further insights on how best to escalate this within eBay’s framework, I am open to constructive suggestions.
Thanks
