system fault on a return ?

I have printed a return label and posted the item that I need to return, but my ebay is still showing that I need to print the label and initiate the return. I have the receipt from the post office to prove that i have sent this what do I do

If you sent the item back with a tracked label, you will have nothing to worry about. However, if you confirm the item number, I can take a look for you no problem.
