selling in a specific Country

Is it possible to sell an item specifically in one Country please? For example I have a couple of fur coats listed That I think would be better if offered in Russia, Ucraina and other cold Countries. Are they seen in there if I have listed then in UK?

You will not be able to sell to Russia.

 eBay suspended all exports to Russia in response to the country's invasion of Ukraine. This includes the Global Shipping Programme Service and eBay international standard delivery. 

 

Shipping carriers have suspended delivery services to Russia due to the war in Ukraine, and buyers in Russia may not be able to purchase items on eBay until shipping services resume.

 

Selling to the Ukraine is restricted too, because of shipping restrictiions.

 

There are many other ' cold' parts of the world, select worlwide selling , this then makes it available for anyone wishing to buy a fur coat.

You should consider that cost of shipping in addition to purchase price and any taxes could well make total cost far higher than in the "cold" countries where animals that provide the furs are more readily available.

Also if these are "real" furs you need to ensure you can actually export them from the UK to a country. Eg the USA real fur there is a complete trade ban. Also do they have the Origina Assured label on the items?

This is an area that is regarded negatively and rightly so. Most of these are of the vintage variety that was originally a species that sold for thousands before the animal became endangered. The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species or CITES is part of the change in reducing the possibility of selling vintage furs. The individual owner may not sell anything from a primate, large cats and bears.
