secondary delivery service

eBay is asking for a secondary postage method before it will list my items. I have no idea why and there is no option to add one in the delivery section of the listing. Has anyone else had this problem (and if so, how did you solve it)? Can't even find a way of contacting customer sevice to ask about it. It's  extremely annoying! Many thanks!🙂

Sounds like their new Simple Delivery which you can opt out of during the listing proces.    Look for the postage options icon on the right of the postage section.

yikes – still unable to opt in or out of simple delivery in my listings – have tried everything. it is really stressing me out! have been with eBay for more than 20 yrs and never had problems with listing items! any further ideas? thanks so much🙂
