I purchased a bike cam off a `store ` on ebay , the camera broke so i asked to return it .The `store ` sent me a return postage label so I returned the goods. They now say they did`nt received my parcel !!! I asked them how their return postage worked and I`ve had no reply.
I`ve also tried to report them to erbay and paypal but just get sent round in circles and can find no way of contacting either sites ¬¬
What can i do ? It seems i`ve been cheated out of £114 and no one will help me
