Hi. i ordered the wrong size of an item & now want to return it. Fortunately seller has agreed to a refund & told me to send it back for a refund. The item price included the postage so I don't know how much the original postage was.
Ebay (or maybe the seller?) shows the return postage as much higher than the Royal Mail postage if I send the item back via Royal Mail.
Am I obliged to pay the higher postage costs as stated by Ebay or can I use a cheaper method to return the item?
