I'm trying to refund a buyer, but it says "Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment method to refund the buyer." But I don't know how to do that.

You need to contact Customer Services, they have full access to your account and can help you here.
It's an automated service now, so wait until 9 a.m. when lines open for live agents, and hopefully you'll get Dublin to answer.

I went there and gave them my card number etc, though I know they had it already because I just bought something on eBay with it, but it still won't work. When I try to refund it says "Please add a payment option" and if I click on that nothing happens to allow me to add an option. So then I try to refund and it says "Your refund did not go through. Please add a payment option to refund the buyer."
