Hello
i want to refund someone.
I've followed usual protocol and get this message "Page did not load. Let’s try that again."
tried a few times at different times no luck.

Why are you wanting to refund?
Usual reason for a refund is because buyer has opened a case, in which event you refund through the case that has been opened.
If a case has been opened funds would be on hold, so impossible to refund outside the case.

no case opened buyer as stated they are not happy with item.
me being kind offered to refund (low value item).
item was sent from uk to australia.
