Hi I'm having issues with submitting my company documentation, It keeps being rejected and I'm being told to fix details. The company has one director and a secretary. However it only allows a director and stakeholder. Has anyone else had this issue? TIA

They need shareholder details to establish UK ownership.

If you post on the business seller board you will get more responses.

Registered in Ireland and EU regulations will apply --- need to complete registration in your Home site not UK.
