prepaid duties

seller accepted an offer on dress - but when I select prepaid duties option in postage, price reverts to original higher one - how can I avoid this?

Are you sure that it is not the buyer protection fees being added.

The position with offers is very confusing, I have had offers on my phone showing amount buyer pays, and on my Ipad the same offer shows the amount I will receive.
