A customer bought and paid for an item, then bought two other items, I put on free postage on special listing on the other two, so I could send together with the first item, but now realise that I shall get charged p&p, can I get a refund for these other two? It was with the new Simple Delivery. Thanks

If you want to send the items together you have to at least get the second/third ones to show as dispatched.   To do that you have to generate the original prepaid labels.
