policy violation

hi

i had a policy violation against one of my items. I removed the word which seemed to be the issue but my item is still hidden and when i go into my account to look through the information i cannot hit any tabs as it seems to be locked. I cannot seem to get through to an ebay rep to ask for help. Im a fairly new seller so any help would be appreciated.

What was the item?  You have 236 items listed,  I can have a look to see if I can see it if you describe / tell me the item's title.
