overcharged

I sold an item last month and have received my invoice this morning. however it seems I have been charged a percentage of the final value when in fact I gave a partial refund to the buyer which isn't reflected in the invoice Also I have been charged extra for a buy it now fee but although I out this on I took it off a few hours later before any bids were place. I can't seem to email ebay regarding this.
