My staff had listed this product in Sept 2023 and I HAD no idea that the above item was a listed regitered trade name
Ebay blocked this listing however the infrigment copy right company in the states has also blocked all my other listings and cannot update my listings to increase them once I sell out Ebay customer service claims that they are trying to save me against a costly law suit and they are protecting me from selling any branded products
I have explained to Ebay as a seller for several years it was done not intentionally and the registered listing name has been blocked ebay has restricted my listings so unable to put any new products
