Please help me; I am unable to contact eBay customer service because when I click on my shop name, it displays the message, "Sorry, this shop was not found."
What is the url you're trying to access? On the account you posted with, there isn't currently a shop subscription showing. Your seller page is at https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/sameshop25 but a shop format url like https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/sameshop25 will only work if you have a paid shop subscription.
