I had a buyer leave me feedback to say the item was damaged in the post ,but he cancelled the sale after he had paid so he never even got the item  so i can't see how he can leave feed back to say it was damaged in post .

He left the feedback in a positive but it was him who cancelled the order ,so I never sent it to him 

,but I have just been on to CS and they are looking into it and will contact me again tomorrow

I think he is a little bitter ,because in the beginning he was asking me all questions about the dvd player which I answered ,he was worried about the battery in it ,so I told him all was good with it ,it had been tested but he cancelled the order ,and then someone else bought it and are really pleased with it and left me feedback ,so I think first buyer is annoyed he missed out .
