false feedback has been given

hello i have recently been given negative feedback by a buyer who states that the item i sold stinks of cigarettes however i have never smoked nor as anybody else in this household and the item was sold from my private collection so this is impossible. The packing bubble wrap was also new. I have asked Ebay to step in... but they are unwilling to help. Has anyone else experienced this

If you can sort things out with the buyer you can ask them to remove it by sending them a Feedback Revision request:

If you check their feedback left for others you'll see if they make a habit of firing off negs.   If so it might be worth reporting them to ebay.   There's a link on here:

And then contact ebay again about removal.
