To who it may concern
I have an issue when using ebay when i search for items to buy recommendations pop up showing the things i put in search bar
The price advertised on these recommendations are a certain price then when you click that item to purchase the price suddenly goes 3 times higher than what was on the item i clicked
This is ruining the experience and annoying us at the same time to the point we stop shopping with ebay as our time and efforts are being wasted on fake prices to lure you in
This is allowed by ebay as they allow sellers to bunch up their products what your not actually looking to purchase making searching for the correct items a very tedious and unpleasant experience on ebay
I understand this may have been done to save time for the sellers but it has made the buyers experience terrible and unable to find what we want to purchase fast as we now have to search threw all the items your sellers have put in the bunched up items making purchasing anything impossible unless your willing to spend hours searching threw all the items you dont want to buy but have been bunched up with items you do want to buy
Its my understanding that making purchases on ebay have now become almost impossible without massive effort i think this is the reason for the 20% less people using your site from last year and because of the terrible costs you now put on buyers
Please make ebay a more enjoyable and easy experience and not a massive task and effort to find items
Adding cost to buyers to return items what is not as described is also killing your site
