ebay simple rubbish delivery

EBAY please change this. i had an issue where buyer contacted me, having an issue with the item received. i have agreed to send him a replacement, however ebay simple stupid delivery doent allow me to purchase a separate label. i have contacted cust support and they said i need to purchase label outside EBAY. This is just not thought through was it? please change this.

Ebay cases do not deal with replacements.

Buyer opens item not as described case, seller issues returns label & refunds on return.

Buyer can then buy again.

If you send replacement, buyer could still still claim a refund.

Generally, private sellers who are selling their own secondhand items, don't have a replacement to offer.

Business sellers, who are selling multiples of brand new items, don't have to use Simple Delivery.

So, in my opinion, Ebay have thought it through.
