Anybody else having issues with nearly every purchase on ebay having an issue,ie parcels cut open and missing bits, having to keep getting ebay involved in wrong items, damaged items, lost items, returning items, goods misdescribed (ie aluminium described as cast iron),waiting for refunds, lying sellers (yes i do know buyers can be just as bad),me going back and forth to the post office to return parcels, blah blah,....i very rarely sell items i just buy a varied amount of stuff.
Has it got to the point where this level of service is the new norm and we've grown to accept this level of **** service? .I have 45 'bad' sellers in my saved sellers section,i actually use the saved sellers section as a record of sellers NOT to use again. Not really after a solution just making a statement.
Rant over...

Are you the business account for Cancer Research UK?
You have their brand logo as your avatar.

Sorry to hear that. You still can't use that unless you are Cancer Research UK though, else that's misleading and a major copyright infringement.
You can still set up charity listings and donate any amount up to 100% to Cancer Research UK, you just can't misrepresent yourself as the actual charity.

Look closer and you'll see it's not the actual logo, but thanks for your misplaced sympathy in needlessly bringing up an alledged non-issue to further your significance and 'badge' earning, when a true person with real human traits and empathy would leave be, i'll remember you to my late son...,anyways back to the elephant in the room and the main statement..

It's easily recognisable as part of their logo, without a doubt.
Back to your main statement; as you mentioned in your opening post and Post #5, it's a statement. We're here to help other eBayers with buying or selling issues, or guidance on how to use the platform. If you have a specific question covering any of the above, we can hopefully offer some advice.

And there we have it.....nothing more to add,you have revealed enough to what 'feeds' your self imposed voice of authority and importance or am i guilty of also being pedantic or maybe sensitive to a 'dark triad' in the air,as an aside and just curious, you're not a bot are you? if not, consider applying for the position, that's not said to be unpleasant i just like helping folk to excel at what they're good at.
Damn i've just wasted 1 minute of my life.....Lol have a nice day.

Honestly, you can be as rude as you like, I understand and it's not a problem to me at all.
What's your question though, exactly?
In your opening post you say:
"Not really after a solution just making a statement.
Rant over..."
If you are just having a 'rant' and don't have a question, that's cool. Hope it's made you feel a bit better. If you have a question though you may be better off starting a new thread.

Suggest you look at seller’s feedback before buying as you are not finding good sellers and whatever you may think the majority of sellers are good.
Also because you appear to have a lot of returns, you might find you will have problems with ebay, as they do not expect any buyer having a high proportion of returns.
