delivery not showing on ebay site

Having problems with Tracking as Royal Mail show Item is delivered but on Ebay site it hasnt been updated so my payment hasnt been paid to me. Please advise

You are not alone with this issue.

Seems it could be an issue with this new Buyers Protection Fee rules, as eBay's tracking for one,  is slow to update, and if Royal  Mail have not scanned the items correctly would delay that payout.

Now your item's payout may be subject to a 14 day hold,  unless the tracking updates, then the payout will be available 2 days after the delivery date.

Shame this isn't in force yet, but  may be of help for you from the end Of February if some of your items sell for under £10.

We’ve also heard your feedback and understand that shipping costs are particularly top of mind for low price items. When you’re selling a single item for £10 or less, and it’s sent untracked, funds will now be available 24 hours after you receive positive buyer feedback. This will be live by the end of February.

Does the item selling for £10 or under include the postage or is it just for the item?
