I have been an eBay seller for over 16 years with 100% positive feedback for 2045.  I usually love buying and selling on eBay, BUT I am broken to never using eBay again.

This week I had to deal with "the buyer from hell". It started with her purchase and as soon as I received the first email I knew she would be trouble.

Her purchase was sent on a Saturday morning, and come Monday, she was harassing me and threatening me and demanding a refund. The parcel did not arrive on the Monday but was due to be delivered the very next day. This wasn't good enough. She opened a case with eBay to claim a refund and left me the most disgusting feedback. I tried to have it removed, but Ebay sided with her and would not remove it. It wasn't even 1 day late.

these are just some of her feedback remarks:-

item has not arrived on time , as Ebays date has come and gone when it should have been delivered. I contacted seller , who was very rude to me , Then sent me another message stating she was lady so and so from somewhere! really bizarre! i told her i dint care if she was the Queen of Sheba, i paid for the coat and it has not arrived on time. now i have opened a case and seller refuses to refund me now , until my coat is delivered. Terrible experience , and seller is obtuse.

This feedback is totally untrue and contains personal insults and defamation. This buyer has been a nightmare to deal with. Here is the tracking number from Royal Mail: MZ312482555GB. I provided her with tracking updates.It is far too early to report a purchase not received. I have been an eBay seller for 16 years and have 100% positive feedback.

seller has tried to blackmail me tonight on request open for my item NOT delivered as tracking currently shows. seller has stated if i take off negative feedback only then will seller refund me! it is my legal right to be refunded for item not received. I explained to seller , if my order arrives before 4th April , when ebay can step in , then i can of course close request. as it stands today, seller has had my money for days and my order has not yet been delivered. !"
 In between all this she bombarded me with emails much the same.
I tried to report her but again eBay took her side and now I am finished with ebay  if they will not support a long time member over a fairly new seller then that tells me a lot!
