collecting an item

Hi 

I sold an Item and they paid the postage with no problem, They then message me to say that they live in the same area and would it be possible to collect, which I agreed and they collected today.

So my question is how to I change my listing, because it is asking me to post, I have been inContact with the buyer to see if they could mark it as received, 

What should I do  ?

You can't do anything now. What you should have done was cancelled that sale and relisted as collection.

Open the postage label and that will mark the item as dispatched.
