I am not sure why you are on the UK boards

You are registered in the US

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then back into ebay.com for the US

Then ask your question on your own community boards

In the UK we would advise to open a not received dispute in the resolution centre but I am not sure what the precedure is in the US
